Jeffrey S Brown is an award winning multimedia artist, 3D animator, illustrator, and sculptor from Philadelphia. He holds a bachelor's degree in Media Arts & Animation from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.  Jeff has created art for many published interactive educational medical simulations as well as numerous children's books.  When he's not working on art, he can be found thinking about working on art.

    I won Jim Henson's Create a Dark Crystal Creature Contest with my entry, Inouri the Gelfling Couier.

    Mystery Build is an art competition to create a work of art using only the unknown contents of a box.

     

    I took first prize out of almost 300 submissions.  My mostly cardboard and wood entry contains a working 'music box' that plays Happy Birthday.

    A Memorial to Sadako Sasaki

     

     

    7 years ago, I started an art project to honor Sadako Sasaki, a child victim of the Hiroshima bombing.

     

    The project is now finally on permanent display in the Honkawa Kindergarten in Hiroshima.
